• Vertical Integration

a) Yarn: First Base

The manufacturing facility includes the finest in Yarn Preparatory machinery like Scragg Draw Texturising machines, Japanese Two for One Twisters, Italian Gigliotti Chenille Yarn Machines, Fancy Twisters and Gamatex Warpers.

b) Weaving: Looming Larger Than Life

Weaving includes over 130 somet Rapier Looms with electronic Stabuli and Jacquard Dobbies

c) Embroidery: A Handicraft Turns Hi Tech

Finest Embroidery is possible thanks to 20 of the fully computerized latest generation Lasser and Saurer Embroidery Machines with complete colour change facility of piece length of 21 yards.

d) Dyeing and Finishing: It's Never Done Till It's Done

Where dyeing is concerned, there is the wide width Monford Stenter with a capacity of 320 cm wide finished fabric, Biancalani Airo finishing machine, Jigger and Jet Dyeing Machines, Inhouse Yarn Dyeing and coating plants.

At no stage do we take our product for granted. All our fabrics have traveled through a tightly monitored quality-controlled course of production. Even a slight inconsistency in yarn quality, weave, embroidery or colour is arrested and rectified through feedback through online computer linkage with the plants. The minutest aspects of the fabric, such as thread density, weight, width and strength is also constantly monitored. For you, this translates into getting reliable quality, any time and every time.

• Personalized Customer Relations

An integral part of the DICITEX package, is the personal interaction we offer to our customers, this includes design, sampling and production facilities, complemented by superior quality control throughout the production process. Our in-house Computer Aided Design unit helps designers convert their visuals to reality with speed and ease. Our innovative and versatile in house design tam works closely with each customer to gain a better understanding of their requirements while keeping in mind design aesthetics. Individual designs are developed and patented and a series of sampling takes place using an extensive co lour palette. To complement the high quality and personal service, is of course on-time delivery, as per customer specifications and requirements.

• Showtime

Updating and keeping in sync with global design trends, DICITEX participates in a number of International Trade Fairs. Such activity keeps our fabrics looking contemporary as we access the latest styles, colours and finishes. DICITEX annually exhibits at HeimTextil (Frankfurt), Decosit (Brussels), Scoperta (Chiasso), Texworld (Paris) and Textile India (New Delhi).

Today about 50% of the company's production reaches buyers in over 15 countries worldwide, including the U.K, U.S.A, Canada, Singapore, Mauritius, New Zealand, contributing to an annual export turnover of over US$ 12 million in value.
